
Band Dues Policy
Band dues are non-refundable. Payments may be transferred to a sibling or rolled over to the next school year for the same student. If a student is not returning and there is an overpayment, the balance will be moved to the general band fund in accordance with 501(c)(3) rules.
Because many expenses are paid in advance, no refunds will be issued due to ineligibility or schedule changes. Please plan ahead and ensure academic eligibility.
Families facing financial hardship must contact the Band Directors before any due date to request an extension. Open communication and full participation in fundraisers are required in these cases.

- Check or Money Order: Make payable to "Trinity Band" envelopes available in the band hall.
- Cash payments can be made in person at each Parent Meeting
